The Platform Support & CRM Operations Coordinator supports the daily execution and maintenance of the organization’s sales and marketing technology ecosystem. This role focuses on system configuration, lead routing reliability, vendor integrations, onboarding coordination, reporting preparation, and user assistance across CRM and communication platforms.Working under the Platform/Marketing Operations lead, the coordinator ensures systems remain accurate, functional, and aligned with established operational processes. The position serves as the primary execution resource responsible for implementing updates, maintaining data integrity, assisting users, and escalating technical or strategic changes when necessary.This role is operationally focused and ensures teams can effectively utilize their tools without interruption while supporting adoption across sales and development teams.Create and configure brand environments within SiteZeusAdd lead sources, update statuses, and manage dropdown optionsSet up and maintain user permissions and access levelsMaintain custom fields and workflow structuresImplement configuration updates requested by leadershipVerify configuration accuracy following changes or deploymentsAssist vendors with lead delivery setup and parsing requirementsShare routing and parsing instructions with external lead providersValidate test leads prior to activationMonitor incoming leads for formatting or routing errorsTroubleshoot failed or malformed leads and coordinate correctionsEscalate persistent integration issues when necessaryCreate and maintain Wufoo sales profiles and intake form routingConfigure and update form logic, notifications, and field mappingsEnsure form submissions properly route into CRM workflowsAdminister PhoneBurner accounts, permissions, and user settingsManage call dispositions, call lists, and dialer configurationsSupport outbound calling readiness and campaign setupTroubleshoot user access and dialing issuesCoordinate tool setup during new hire onboardingMaintain existing integrations between CRM, forms, communication platforms, and external toolsMonitor automation workflows and notify leadership of failures or data mismatchesAssist with implementing pre-defined workflow updates and mapping adjustmentsValidate data syncing across connected platformsCoordinate troubleshooting with vendors when integrations failSupport onboarding of new vendors and connected systemsDocument integration behavior and known dependenciesRespond to platform usage questions and configuration requestsDocument reported issues and escalate technical defectsMaintain ongoing communication with users regarding resolutionsCoordinate recurring check-ins to ensure system accuracyRecord enhancement requests for review by leadershipPrepare accounts and system access for new team membersGuide new users through initial platform setup and usage basicsAssist with onboarding sessions across CRM and sales toolsHelp maintain training materials, videos, and documentationShare platform updates and feature changes with usersTrack onboarding completion and user readinessPrepare CSV files according to import templatesImport leads, contacts, companies, and locationsSupport bulk uploads from events or external sourcesIdentify and correct formatting errorsAssist with data cleanup and deduplication effortsMonitor daily failed lead reports and field mapping accuracyGenerate standard operational reports as requestedAssist users in locating and running existing reportsProvide basic activity summaries for internal teamsUpdate existing campaign templates and drip sequencesVerify content accuracy and formattingSupport integration between CRM and communication platformsCoordinate updates requested by sales leadershipReassign leads based on provided mapping instructionsUpdate territory routing and notify stakeholdersConfirm routing accuracy following changesTrack users, integrations, and configuration changesMaintain communication logs and recurring issue documentationSupport periodic vendor lead auditsRecord platform changes for compliance and reference
