Job Overview ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned program director to lead the end-to-end management, development, and ramp up of our operational launch in West Palm Beach. Reporting to the SVP of Global Business Services, this role will drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and delivery excellence—ensuring our launch in West Palm Beach reflects ServiceNow’s brand, culture, and future-of-work vision. The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives across corporate real estate, finance, HR, technology, and operations, with a solid understanding of Florida’s business, community and lifestyle landscape.   Key Responsibilities Leadership & Communication Lead the roadmap for West Palm Beach delivery, aligning with corporate vision, business objectives and workforce strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates to local leadership, the Office of the CEO and key executive stakeholders. Champion an experience that reflects ServiceNow’s values and foster productivity, collaboration, and innovation. End-to-End Program Management & Execution Oversee the ramp up and full lifecycle of the West Palm Beach launch program from vision to steady-state operations. Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability across various workstreams including workplace services, HR, finance, comms, IT, security, global impact and others to ensure program success. Establish and drive program milestones and timelines while tracking budgets and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability; proactively identify and mitigate risks. Facilitate decision-making and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Operational Readiness & Site Excellence Serve as a strategic partner who works closely with the SVP of Global Business Services, corporate real estate, PMO and workplace operations to support and enable local workplace services execution including stakeholder and vendor engagement, construction, interior design and site readiness. Facilitate a seamless transition from program delivery to operational launch by orchestrating onsite teams and their various workstreams to deliver an exceptional site experience.
