As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to:
Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent (must receive MLS certification within 6 months of eligibility)

Bachelor's degree in approved Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc) and currently possess certification from an accredited agency as MT/MLS
State licensure as required by regulations
