Description: Match vendor invoices to the appropriate purchase orders/purchase requisitions and receiving reports. Enter data into the Purchasing and Accounts Payable software for payment. Scan completed Purchase Orders and any related paperwork into the database for future reference. Verify prices charged by vendor are accurate. Setup the voucher for payment and enter them into the accounts payable system. Reconcile vendor statements. Scan and organize files electronically. Assist Financial Controller with various projects.Skills:Accounting, Accounts payable, Invoicing, Purchase order, Invoice processing, Reconciliation, Data entryAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to prioritize. What you will do Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture on adult, neonatal and pediatric patients according to established protocol. Assist in obtaining specimens from indwelling lines. Identifies and labels specimens. Assists in care of patient prior to, during, and after collection.
