We are seeking a highly skilled Tooling Technician to join our team. This position is a critical part of our manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can not only perform maintenance on our m Key Responsibilities: Mold Maintenance & Repair: Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of plastic injection molds. This includes disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and repairing mold components to ensure optimal performance and part quality. Fixture Design & Fabrication: Design, fabricate, and implement fixtures and jigs to support poka-yoke (mistake-proofing) and automation initiatives. Use a variety of tools and machines to create custom components. Troubleshooting: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
