Hello,
We are looking for a friendly and professional maintenance person to assist in general labor at an apartment building. Previous mechanical experience a plus although not necessary. Being able to fix minor repairs, paint, vacuum, clean windows, change filters, lift items between 20-40 lbs, minor snow shoveling are some of the work that will be required.
The position will require at least 20 hours a week.
