RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE POSITION
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have solid work ethic
-Valid drivers license
-Basic tool set
-Must be able to work ON-call for emergency maintenance
JOB DUTIES:
-Painting
-Cleaning
-Lawn care
-Snow removal
-light carpentry
-make apartments ready for occupancy
-Heavy lifting for appliance removal/replacement
-Day-to-day maintenance repairs and any other repairs that pertain to maintaining the 400+ apartments, houses, and commercial units we manage.
Must be able to work with all types of people. NO HOT HEADS!
$12-15/hour starting pay (depending on experience)
Plenty of room for advancement
