Job Description SummaryThe Director of Strategy, Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications, and Digital, AI is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of marketing activities across the portfolio (Molecular Imaging and Contrast Media). This role oversees marketing operations, digital marketing strategies, AI-driven marketing initiatives, and communications, ensuring cohesive, data-driven, and innovative marketing campaigns. The Director will work closely with other marketing directors, including the Director of Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence, to drive strategic alignment and enhance marketing effectiveness.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations Management: Across the portfolio, oversee marketing processes, workflows, and tools to ensure efficient planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns. Implement best practices to streamline marketing operations and drive scalability.

Digital Marketing and AI Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including the integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance personalization, automation, and analytics. Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies, applying them to marketing efforts.

Marketing Communications: Across the portfolio, develop and manage comprehensive communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage key stakeholders, and support product launches. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and platforms.

Campaign Execution and Performance Measurement : Across the portfolio, coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Use analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Across the portfolio, work closely with other marketing directors, including those in Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence, to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing efforts.

Technology Integration: Oversee the adoption and implementation of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

Budget Management: Across the portfolio, manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of Resources across marketing operations, communications, and digital initiatives.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Compliance and Brand Integrity: Across the portfolio, ensure that all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and uphold the company’s brand standards.

Key Capabilities:

Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary marketing team, aligning diverse functions (operations, communications, digital) to achieve strategic objectives.

Strategic mindset to develop and execute long-term plans that leverage digital, AI, and traditional marketing tactics for maximum impact.

Deep understand of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and data-driven personalization

Experience with AI-driven marketing solutions, including predictive analytics, and machine learning for customer segmentation and targeting.

Strong ability to create and enforce brand guidelines ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across marketing channels.

Forward thinking and innovative approach to marketing, always looking for new ways to leverage technology to improve marketing operations and engage with customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing communications, with leadership experience in a multinational environment.

Proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing and AI-driven initiatives.

Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM, automation platforms, and analytics tools.

Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
