Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring a Business Office Manager. The Business Office Managers principle roles include, overseeing the internal business functions of the company including supervision of administrative staff; maintaining master database records for customers; reviewing the supplier budget spending and participation processes; acting as a liaison between departments in an effort to improve processes and efficiencies as they relate to the business office; participate on process and software upgrades and implementations.
Responsibilities:
Work with General Manager and Sales Managers to coordinate and manage organization's financial and budget activities with suppliers to fund retail programs.
Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.
Supervise the work of administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.
Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff.
Prepare & organize sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
Oversee supplier bill back invoices for promo rebates, program co-ops, sponsorships, donations, etc. Monitor supplier account balances.
Participate on special projects for upgrade, implementation and/or process changes.
