In collaboration with the Stoughton Wellness Coalition members and community partners, the Program Assistant will be crucial in maintaining a strong online presence, managing communication channels and supporting the Project Coordinator in organizing and facilitating various events. This multifaced role requires a combination of social media expertise, project management, and excellent organizational skills. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prioritize and organize work tasks, while working independently.
Experience supervising youth in various roles, knowledge of community health outreach and prevention fundamentals, and experience in marketing and digital media. Youth substance use prevention experience is preferred.
Required: Training in positive youth engagement, supervision, and project management.
Preferred Education: HS Diploma, GED or HSED
Must have reliable transportation, valid WI drivers license and proof of insurance
Partial Part-Time - 20 hours per month, flexible schedule
