West Madison area property management company with numerous buildings and locations is seeking a reliable building and grounds maintenance technician. Positions available range from mid level to supervisory. The primary job responsibilities will be building maintenance. Some exterior grounds work also included. An ideal candidate will have a wide variety of skills including HVAC repair, fire system maintenance, LVT floor installations, snow plow experience, etc. Must be hardworking, a good communicator, and honest. A cell phone and car, preferably a truck, is required. Required to live within a 20 minute radius. Hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday-Friday. Some weekend work will be required during apartment turnovers.
