We are looking for a motivated individual to work painter/apartment maintenance. Experience is NOT necessary, will train the right person. Must be reliable, have dependable transportation and be able to lift heavy (over 75 pounds) often. This is a W2 position, Monday - Friday, not an independent contractor, bid job.
We have rental units throughout Sauk County that need general repairs, maintenance and updates. Day to day tasks include a wide variety depending on the projects that need to be accomplished.
Following is a brief description of the job duties, but not exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required or assigned.
o Roofing (repairs and replacement)
o Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
o Painting (inside & out)
o Snow and lawn maintenance
o Dry walling and mudding
o Removal of garbage and belonging left behind by tenants
o Installing carpeting and vinyl
o Replacing doors and windows
o Repairing screens
o Other miscellaneous maintenance in or on property premises
