Accounting Manager-Maintenance Division

Castolin Eutecticis a worldwide leader of application solutions in maintenance, repair and wear protection; has a vacancy for an Accounting Manager in our Maintenance Division in our Menomonee Falls office.

Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors financial status by utilizing and maintaining systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
  • Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
  • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting cash requirements, assist in preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Oversees employee compensation programs including payroll processing with an outside service bureau, calculating incentive programs, and administering expense reporting programs.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Accounting Manager Qualifications/ Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting/finance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required; the ability to analyze large data sets using advanced Excel Skills.
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements.
  • The ability to develop budgets and manage budget expenses.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills, able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter and meet deadlines
  • The ability to travel domestically if required
  • Concur Expense Reporting experience is a plus.
