Develop and execute an Artificial Intelligence (AI) user experience strategy to create intuitive, user-friendly products, services, and digital experiences that accelerate adoption and engagement

Collaborate with change teams to standardize and implement enablement plans Cascade communications and campaigns ensuring the workforce understands how AI can be used to augment their everyday roles and responsibilities

Participate closely with senior leadership, AI transformation program and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on AI strategy, user experience and adoption plan

Leverage the network of change champions to capture, standardize and share knowledge, lessons learned as well as leading practices in the use of KPMG's AI tools, inspiring others to adopt new ways of working

Develop objectives, key results and performance targets for the AI Product and Experience

Continuously monitor and analyze performance and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of recent experience in UI/UX, change management and enablement

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in user experience, communications, change management or a relevant field

Proven experience creating and executing effective product and experience design programs

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to inform enablement strategies, optimize performance, and drive business impact

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; strong project management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Primary Functions Oversee all operational aspects of MCWCC and serve as the secondary administrative leader supporting the Associate Director of Administration.
