Everlight Solar is seeking an Event Planner and Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks including assisting in the planning and execution of company-wide events and administrative tasks for our executive team, amongst other expectations. This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level position. Travel required.Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).Everlight Solar is a rapidly growing company and the leader of solar energy in the Midwest. Booking venues and negotiating deals

Working with vendors, venues, and service providers to arrange suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment

Coordinating the event: Managing setup, teardown, and cleanup, and anticipating potential problems

Administrative tasks including emails and calendar management

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years old

High school graduate (3.0+ GPA)

Experience in administrative tasks preferred

Excellent organizational skills

Have a confident, positive personality

Practice strong communication skills

Must be a self-starter

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
