JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: The Medical College of
Wisconsin\'s Department of Medicine - Division of Endocrinology is
seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary
or specialty medical care within defined scope of practice under the
supervision of a licensed physician and in accordance with MCW/FMLH/CHW
policies and procedures. The APP will collaborate with interdisciplinary
health care teams in diagnosis and treatment of conditions requiring
intervention in an outpatient environment as a member of the
Endocrinology Clinic located in Milwaukee, WI at Froedtert Hospital
Specialty Clinic. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member
of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to
excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety,
research, quality improvement, and teaching. The Ideal Candidate will be
an APP with strong communication skills, strong foundation in
evidence-based practice, and ensure an environment of safe quality care,
wanting to be part of a thriving and very collaborative academic
practice at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). Areas of
responsibility will include, but not be limited to providing direct
patient care to in an outpatient setting. In this role you will:
Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care teams in diagnosis and
treatment of conditions requiring intervention in outpatient environment
as a member of the Endocrinology clinic. Writes accurate and timely
progress notes, procedure notes, and/or admission and transfer orders.
Order, perform, and interpret screening and diagnostic procedures and
tests, and appropriately communicates and documents information.
Privileged to perform procedures beyond core as identified by the
services. Facilitates and communicates with patient, family, and staff
to promote continuity of care across the continuum of care. Attend
required training and meets key regulatory requirements, including those
of the privileging institution, CMS, and the Join Commission. Evaluates
quality outcomes for the patients receiving care of this team through
participation in the development of quality indicators and outcomes
dashboard. Acquires information on the most current development and
trends in the Physician Assistant field and/or Nurse Practitioner field,
through educational programs, in-services, professional associates, and

Specialist to be responsible for Toolroom repair projects, mold
evaluations, assist with the coordination of outsourced mold repairs and
continuous improvement of tooling. What You Will Do: Ability to do Mold
Evaluations and be able to recommend mold rebuilds (done at mold cycle
schedule) Ability to accurately evaluate and execute mold repairs or
changes. Ability to evaluate and check in new molds from outside
vendors. Identify and communicate any possible tooling improvements.
Ability to delegate work as well as train Tool Room Lead and Mold
Maintenance Technicians. Ability to work overtime based on production
needs. Adhere to production and quality standards. Success in this role
will require: Ability to troubleshoot molds (in and outside of the
press) Ability to accurately evaluate mold repairs or changes. Ability
to delegate work as well as train Tool Room Lead and Mold Maintenance
Technicians. Successful completion of forklift training. What You Bring:
Mold building experience is preferred or 8+ years of mold
maintenance/repairs High school diploma or equivalent required. Must
possess good written and verbal communication skills. Must have good
problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented. Ability to follow written
and verbal instructions. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Must
have own precision tools. Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
Prior forklift experience preferred. Ability to work non-standard hours
including weekend shifts. Must have a valid driver\'s license, with an
acceptable driving record, along with adequate insurance.
