Union House Cedarburg
We are looking for a Line/Prep Cook to prepare food to specifications at our tapas restaurant/bar in Historic Downtown Cedarburg. Duties will consist of working with the culinary team to contribute to our guest satisfaction. We are team-focused and prioritize a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area and kitchen. Food safe certified a plus.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces and recipes)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and take care of leftover foods
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work spaces
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
