We are in need of a full-time dental assistant to work Monday thru Thursday. We are looking for someone who is experienced in all aspects of dentistry.
If you are organized, a self-starter, have exceptional written and verbal skills and are friendly, team focused, and have a positive attitude, we would love to give you the opportunity to learn and grow with our experienced dental team.
Job Duties include:
Assisting dentist during treatment procedures and preparing treatment rooms
Patient comfort, educating patients before and after procedures
Taking records, stocking, impressions, and dental radiographs
Working efficiently to maintain doctor's schedule
Sterilization
Required Skills:
One year certified dental assistant program or six months on the job experience.
Ability to build relationships with patients
Demonstrate a working knowledge of dental records and documentation
Working Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures and terminology
Scheduling appointments and managing supplies
