Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
- Follow care plans and ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines
Requirements:
- Active RN License in the State of Wisconsin
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and ready to be On Point
