Now hiring Seasonal Dock Hands - Reefpoint Marina
Basic Function
Ability to exhibit the highest level of customer service while maintaining daily maintenance, cleanliness and operations of assigned areas throughout Reefpoint Marina
Essential Duties
1. Prepare and maintain the highest level of cleanliness of marina piers, dock facilities, buildings, pool area, grounds or any assigned area.
2. Perform basic lawn care, plantings and landscape maintenance
3. Operate various landscaping tools and light equipment as needed
4. Repair, maintain, paint, and/or stain marina buildings, structures, signs and equipment
5. Remove garbage, litter and debris from pier, docks, parking lots and grounds
6. Be knowledgeable of Marina rules and regulations, enforce and/or report violations to supervisors while exhibiting the highest level of customer service
7. Collect fees when necessary and submit completed paperwork timely and accurately
8. Test and record pool chemicals daily as required and maintain all pool equipment
9. Exhibit a positive attitude and be willing to assist the boaters and the general public
10. Maintain fuel dock cleanliness and dispense fuel as requested
11. Other duties as assigned
Supervision Received
Receives supervision from the Dock Master, Supervisor and/or Marina Manager.
Qualifications
1. Sixteen (16) years of age or older
2. Available for work through November 15th- part or full time
3. Shifts vary between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., seven (7) days per week, including weekends and holidays.
4. Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
5. Prompt and regular attendance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
6. Ability to work under varying climate conditions and perform physical tasks (hot, humid, rain)
7. Ability to keep accurate daily reports and records.
8. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
9. Experience working with the general public.
10. Exhibit a positive work attitude while providing the highest level of customer service
11. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screening
