Looking for a responsible and dependable person for Property Maintenance and repairs on single and multi family units in Lake, Mchenry, and Kenosha Counties.
Experience needed in:
-Plumbing
- Roofing
- Minor electrical
-Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
-Day to day interaction with tenants in regards to maintenance, scheduling and follow-up
-Responsible for move-in and move-out preparations
-Light bulb changes, filter changes, lock repairs, HVAC maintenance, caulking, painting, minor electrical work, and plumbing (clearing drains, replacing fittings/faucets, etc.)
-Follow property maintenance schedule for HVAC system, hot water heaters and tanks, and water and sewer systems
-Must be very detail oriented
-Respond to work orders in a timely manner
-Perform other job duties as assigned by Property Manager
-Follow safety systems testing and monitoring for fire alarm, burglar alarms, access control system and security cameras
-Maintain and repair property equipment
-Manage and monitor inventory
-Responsible for clearing snow off the sidewalk
-Any other duties assigned by management
-Must be able to lift 60 lb.
-Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with tenants and co-workers
-Spanish speaking not required but desirable
-Must be willing to be on-call periodically
