Looking for full-time maintenance technician for property management company that owns 110+ units throughout Kenosha and Racine Counties. Job entails getting apartments ready for new tenants and completing repairs for existing tenants. Duties include plumbing, minor electric, carpet removal, general maintenance, some drywall and painting. Must have own vehicle, tools and auto insurance and be willing to travel to Kenosha, Racine, Bristol and Silver Lake. We are looking for someone who is pleasant, hard-working, detail oriented and with a work ethic as if its your own home, not just a rentalĀ. Must have 5 years experience.
