Owner is absentee. This General Manager position will take on ALL responsibilities of running the business. Must be able to run the restaurant as if it were your own.
Must have experience in: staffing, payroll, budgets, cost control, food prep, marketing, inventory, etc.
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and have a valid drivers license.
Must be 100% honest and hard working. The ideal candidate figures out a way to be successful in any situation.
Must be passionate about tacos. Must share vision of making this restaurant THE BEST taqueria in Phoenix.
This is a new concept, so you will have input on the concept from the beginning. I have the financial capability and am looking for an operating partner to help fulfill the vision of having the best taqueria in Arizona. I am open to the idea of you eventually becoming an owner in the restaurant.
