Popat Orthodontics & Madison Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! This is a part-time position (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with a focus on enhancing our brand presence and driving patient growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, local partnerships)
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content that reflects our brand and attracts new patients
Assist with website updates and content creation
Coordinate and participate in community events and outreach programs
Track marketing campaign performance and analyze data to optimize results
Maintain positive relationships with patients and referral sources
Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing and social media management
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for customer service and building strong relationships
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Canva, Excel)
