Job Requirements:
Support general office, realtors, owners, and other staff.
Open up the office-turn on lights, make sure office is neat, clean, and tidy.
Direct walk in traffic in the lobby to ensure tenants in the suite are helped quickly and confidently.
Set up any new office equipment, make sure that the printers are full of paper/ink.
Handle inquiry calls and emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate sales team.
Ensure confidentiality of company related information.
Manage maintenance vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Business Casual dress.
Basic understanding of leasing and home buying process.
Amazing attitude – cheerful and confident.
Ability to work in a busy office and maintain a professional atmosphere.
Confident using multiple platforms of technology.
Have a STRONG basis in working with Office 365 Email, Word, Excel, etc.
Compensation:
Pay: $25-28 per hour
