Office Assistant
Part Time to start, approximately 24 to 32 hours per week. 90 day probation period, could lead to full time permanent position.
Maximum Fire Protection is one of the leaders for commercial and residential fire protection. We are looking for a “Can-Do” Office Assistant / Project Coordinator wrapped up in one to join our office team. Must have a positive attitude and willing to help with any project.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
File preliminary notices for each job as needed.
Keep job files up to date for Project Manager.
Prepare prequals for job acceptance.
Order Insurance Certificates as needed.
Job close-out documents.
Order rental equipment and call-off as needed.
Assist Office Manager with various tasks as needed.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret construction documents, drawings and specifications.
Ability to define potential issues, gather data, establish facts, come up with a solution and execute a plan as needed.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle pressure to get the job done in a timely manner.
Must be detail oriented to make sure the job is being done correctly the first time.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Answer phones and filing.
