Description A company in Burbank is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, data entry and verification to payment issuance. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate accounts payable records and reconciling bank statements.Responsibilities:Process accounts payable invoices, including data entry, verification, and approval.Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.Prepare and issue payments to vendors.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.Requirements Qualifications:Minimum of 2 year of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
