Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with extensive NetSuite experience to lead our finance team to new heights. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management.
Oversee the reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years of experience with NetSuite.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.
