Human Resources:Conducts full-cycle HR activities including recruiting, hiring, employee relations, performance management and exiting;Work with management to promote workplace satisfaction by addressing employee's complaints and claims;Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits programs by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management every year; reconciling monthly medical, dental and vision insurance invoices;Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining personnel records;Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;Provides supports to special projects as needed.Office Management:Identifies needs and makes purchases of office supplies;Plans and organizes employer- sponsored events such as outing and annual party;Receives and processes shipping requests sent by employees;Reconciles invoices of office purchases and keeps track of office spending;Provides special projects as needed.
