Description Growing company looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join its Accounting team. The responsibilities include performing complex accounting functions, such as account reconciliations, business tax reporting, general ledger duties, the preparation of various financial reports, and performing other ad-hoc dutiesResponsibilities: Supervise daily accounting operations, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, tracking contractor pay, general ledger, and payroll. Maintain accurate accounting records US GAAP and its branch located overseas. Drive the monthly financial close process: performing bank reconciliations, preparing account reconciliations and financial statements. Responsible for the development Company’s annual budget and monthly forecast. Responsible for all internal and external audit requests Manage one full time project accountant and a part time accounts payable clerk. Collaborate with the Controller to align with company strategy and goals. Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent in Finance or Accounting. Five years of experience working in a similar role Experience with foreign currency and international operations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly with Excel and Power Point. Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP.
