This candidate will support the Auto Insurance digital strategy, ensuring alignment with individual business line strategies and other Enterprise level solutions, while moving toward efficient online transactional capabilities, digital marketing opportunities, and delivery channel integration.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategy, implement, and refine digital marketing programs, continually optimizing programs for cost-efficiency and scale.
Evaluate and recommend new or refined programs to increase the profitability of the online channel.
Oversee campaign development and analysis of results for optimization opportunities.
Research, implement and manage effective digital marketing campaigns.
Recommends marketing programs and provides direction to agencies.
Assist in the marketing of new products and improvements to online content and functionality.
Leverage web statistics and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Performs regular competitive analyses, reports relevant findings, and recommends digital marketing innovations to be tested.
Investigates emerging interactive media and provides recommendations for potential projects.
Ensure that all marketing programs on the web are consistent with, and support enterprise goals and business plans.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
3-5 years of strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing is required.
Direct experience managing SEM, display and programmatic advertising, and social media is required.
Strong knowledge of best practices in display advertising and search engine marketing is required.
Experience with rich media ad serving vendors and technologies are required.
Experience with and understanding of tracking tags used for online media banners and paid search (ex., DoubleClick, Adobe / Google Analytics, Floodlight, optimization & retargeting pixels, etc.).
Experience supervising outside vendors and agencies is important.
