Description We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to assist in driving the company’s growth through strategic projects, business presentations, and client meetings. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese and proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. This individual will work closely with senior leadership, attend business meetings, and create compelling presentations to support decision-making and business expansion initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and support business development projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Business Presentations: Develop and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key business insights and project progress.

Meeting Participation: Attend client and business meetings alongside senior executives to assist in negotiations, discussions, and relationship management.

Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze business data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and business decisions.

Market Research: Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities, clients, or partners to support growth initiatives.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service.

Multilingual Support: Use bilingual skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese) to communicate effectively with international clients and partners, translating business documents and presentations as necessary.

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese (both written and verbal) is required.

Proven experience in business development, project management, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI for data-driven reporting and presentations.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
