DIRECTV is seeking a Director of Project Management to manage internal employee sales compensation, employee incentive plans, Indirect Dealer Commissions, and incentives. This strategic leader will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the compensation plans for employees and dealers drive activations, analyzing monthly results and engaging leadership on any plan changes to align with the business strategy. In this supervisory role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of direct reports.Here's what you’ll do:

Manage the Internal employee Sales Compensation plans for DIRECTV Sales & Loyalty from plan creation, monthly payout processing, analysis, and serving as SME for employees as needed.

Responsible for Sales Support for Dealer Compensation including designing, analyzing, and implementing new compensation structures.

Create meaningful employee incentive plans in the Loyalty Center by collaborating with the Sales team to ensure the plans drive saving customer accounts.

Process the Employee Incentive through the FAME site by automating award set ups and payouts enterprise wide.

Analyze compensation plan effectiveness.

What you'll need to be successful:

5-10 years of experience in Sales, Operation, or Analytics required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred

Supervisory experience required

Experience in creating incentive plans for large scale organizations

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytic skills required
