Senior Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Senior Customer Service Representative. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives, offering coaching and mentorship to enhance their performance and development.

Act as a subject matter expert on products, services, and company policies, assisting both customers and team members with inquiries and issues.

Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions to improve service delivery.

Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, with demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of success in resolving complex customer issues.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically to resolve issues and address customer needs.

Proficiency in customer service software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
