Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians
Call 1:6
Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy Hospital of Folsom
In house OB hospitalist program available for OB back up call
Hospital does approximately 600-700 births/year
Level I nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center
50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Robotics available, though not required
Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits
Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals
Compensation Range: $350,000 - $355,000 / Year

Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
