Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Enterprise Program Management, is responsible for the successful delivery of strategic programs. Provides leadership and coordination across the organization to deliver value aligned with the corporate goals and strategic objectives ensuring that the organization is prepared to deliver changes to adoption through organizational change management. Provides forward planning of programs, including workforce and budget planning, and oversees execution of multiple projects under assigned programs. Provides leadership in identifying, mitigating and resolving delivery risks at the portfolio level and ensures transparency to portfolio and program delivery performance and outcomes.What You Will Be Doing: Partners with portfolio sponsors to plan and manage strategic portfolios and programs ensuring project prioritization and sequencing to achieve the intended portfolio and program benefits with feasible work plans. Supports the portfolio sponsor to prepare materials to support timely decision-making.Plans and manages programs and related organizational change management. Provides stakeholder analysis and effective engagement strategies to ensure adoption of change throughout the program lifecycle. Develops evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.  Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure goals are achieved. Manages the program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and escalated issues and risks for program success.  Facilitates and prepares program-level communications for executives, internal and external stakeholders sharing key updates and portfolio/program performance.Provides leadership to assigned project managers and teams supporting the development of decision documents for projects under the program to enable timely decision-making.
