This Assistant Portfolio Manager will serve as a Customer Experience expert and will focus on the relationship with high-level Corporate Executives. Moreover, the successful candidate will work with the clients’ security team, showcasing and adhering to Allied Universal’s capabilities and strengths while also serving as the liaison with the appropriate branch offices and corporate support functions. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools, and guidance.This is 100% onsite located in Foster City, CA.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own and manage the Executive Driving program while developing relationships with high level executives

Facilitating and provide in-depth client specific training to executive drivers and security professionals

Creating and delivering annual executive driver and security professional training programs

Managing all administrative and operational functions of the executive driver program including scheduling, payroll, and ensure issues are promptly resolved

Must have the ability to fill in as an executive driver when needed

Create training content and video presentations to deliver key work instructions to the security team

Working with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement

Maintain confidentiality of all information and data

Identifying and presenting industry best practices to all teams in all locations

Knowledge of video editing software such as: Adobe Premier, Camtasia, Powtoon, or Vyond

Implement processes that improve training data collection and analysis through automation

Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods

Ensuring contract compliance at all assigned properties.

Identify security issues and opportunities and recommend solutions to client’s Executive Driving team

Active participation in industry specific professional organizations such as ASIS

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years of management experience

Minimum 3 years of security management experience

Clean driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Basic coding knowledge
