Regional Marketing Specialist

This role is HYBRID, on-site 3 days a week at our Northbrook, IL or Fremont, CA office. Reporting into the regional marketing manager, the field marketing specialists drives marketing activity for USA cross-business and cross-enterprise. This includes aligning global go-to-market plans with regional insights to effectively reach and influence local audiences. Works closely with cross-functional teams on the execution of regional strategies; responsibilities include coordinating demand generation campaigns and tactics through effective marketing channels like event marketing, digital, social, PR and more.

Provides insights about country-relevant customers and market(s), based on region business strategy, local market trends, competitive insights and ensures alignment of country tactical plans to business goals.

Works as part of cross-functional team to coordinate and project manage regional tradeshows and ULS-hosted events, supporting branded activity and aligning with PR (public relations) and PA (public affairs) to manage reputation with key stakeholders.

Responsible for local best practices and third-party compliance, including vendor management, sourcing, procurement, production, etc.

Supervise campaign budgets, assets, analytics and reporting to ensure visibility to the business impacts resulting from the various activities.

Influences business and supports sales objectives through effective communication that rely on cultural and operating norms.

Collaborate cross-functionally and leverages internal and external stakeholder networks to drive successful marketing performance.

5-10 years’ experience

MarTech/Event technology knowledge

Travel – local with 20% out-of-state/or at least 1x per quarter

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field plus generally five years of related experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and exceptional customer service.

Demonstrated ability of self-motivated, and seeking for high quality delivery

Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to interface with different levels of management.

Excellent oral and written communication.

Demonstrated ability to direct the work of others.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
