As a Senior Design Quality Engineer, you will be involved in a fast-paced mix of shorter-term design change efforts and longer term NPI projects.Stryker's Neurovascular (NV) division is focused on advancing the practice of less invasive stroke therapies through its Complete Stroke Care Solutions. NV products push the boundaries of technology to meet ever increasing product performance requirements, making the goal of assessing and demonstrating safety, performance, and compliance an exciting challenge.Work Flexibility: Hybrid. This role requires reasonable proximity to our Stryker facility in Fremont, CA. You should be comfortable working 3-days onsite.Who we want:

What you will do:

You will be responsible for product risk management and adherence to design control requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

You will make regular use of problem-solving tools and statistical analysis to perform test method development and validation, design verification, risk assessment and design reviews.

You will be responsible for product testing and failure analysis, writing protocols and reports, creating, and maintaining risk files and assessing the impact of necessary changes to our products.

What you need:Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or similar field

2+ years of experience in a regulated industry

Preferred:

Experience in Design Control, Risk Management, and Statistical Analysis desired

Strong written/verbal communication skills.

97,900.00 - 127,400.00 - 156,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.About StrykerOur benefits:
