Customer Service Representative

Description The function of this role is a Customer Service Representative, where you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, coordinating with various departments for timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Accurately receive and process customer orders through phone, email, mail, and direct contact. Coordinate with multiple departments such as production, shipping, and logistics to ensure seamless processing and delivery of customer orders. Maintain a detail oriented demeanor while interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Communicate proactively with customers about their order status, delivery schedules, and any changes. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions. Identify opportunities to improve order intake and processing procedures and provide constructive feedback. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Accurately enter order details into the company’s order management system. Verify customer information and order details for accuracy and completeness. Utilize skills such as answering inbound calls, data entry, email correspondence, Microsoft Excel and Word, order entry, and scheduling appointments. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the Drinks & Beverages industry Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively Experience in a call center customer service environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively Proficiency in data entry and order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and timely Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to schedule appointments effectively ensuring no clashes and optimal use of time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Read and interpret a regular or modified menu, individual diet cards, tray tickets or patient selections.
