Office Assistant – Central Valley Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (Selma, CA)
Central Valley Engineering & Surveying, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to handle a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties and greet clients in a professional manner
Assist the Project Manager with preparing proposals, letters, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Write, proofread, and edit documents as needed
Create and maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic)
Manage accounts and provide support with bookkeeping tasks
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain a clean and professional office environment (lobby, conference rooms, etc.)
Accept and process incoming mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Uphold confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
Professional business appearance, attitude, and manner
