Working closely with the Design, Operations, and Executive teams, the team aims to exceed revenue targets, elevate our brand status, and broaden our customer appeal. We learn fast to adapt to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.Job SummaryAs a Marketing Data Warehouse Product Manager, you will lead a team whose goal is to build and maintain foundational data infrastructure essential to driving Ruggable?s revenue growth and accelerating user acquisition. You will work closely with marketing leadership, data analysts, data scientists, and Ops Tech engineering teams to build best-in-class data pipelines and processes that stitch together complex sets of data stores and drive actionable insights. What You?ll DoPlay an integral role in defining the technology strategy for Ruggable?s Marketing Data Warehouse
Oversee planning, execution, testing, and overall success of technical projects
Work closely with the Data Engineering, Data Analyst, & Data Science teams to launch new integrations & features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Bridge gap between business requirements and ETL logic by troubleshooting data discrepancies and implementing scalable solutions
Support the Data Engineering team as they design, build and maintain critical data pipelines to ensure highly accurate and reliable business reporting
What You?ll Need to HaveExperience:Technical Background (Bachelor?s Degree: computer science, or mechanical/industrial engineering, business or related field)
2+ years of product management experience (consumer tech company a plus)
Background in managing and leveraging a wide variety of third-party systems (Shopify, Facebook Ads, Heap, Google Analytics etc.)
Feel comfortable using SQL to quickly analyze different datasets to drive key KPIs
Proficiency in Jira/Confluence Agile
Product Owner Certification is a plus
Version control (git), Python nice to have
Collaboration:Define and drive the Marketing technology vision and roadmap for Ruggable?s Marketing Data Insights team
Comfortable storytelling the ?Why? of a feature and/or epic to developers
Execution:Experience writing stories, specifications and partnering closely with technology teams, running backlog groomings, and prioritizing sprints
Experience understanding and analyzing data pipelines, algorithms, APIs, and automated systems
Leadership:Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and functional stakeholders; proven ability to provide the voice of the customer
Strong critical thinking skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving
Self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Comfortable looking beyond the backlog to create new opportunities
