Description As an Accounts Payable Specialist with our client, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process using Yardi software. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams, and management to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Responsibilities:
Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in Yardi software.
Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and company policies.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable processes and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in accounts payable roles, with proficiency in using Yardi software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
