Description As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and optimizing our clients billing systems using SAP. Your proficiency in SAP will play a crucial role in streamlining their billing operations and enhancing efficiency.This is a contract to permanent position which can begin immediately. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and review customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate billing information.
Utilize SAP to process billing transactions, track payments, and reconcile accounts.
Monitor billing cycles and follow up on overdue payments.
Prepare billing reports and analysis for management review.
Stay updated on billing regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in SAP billing modules (e.g., SAP SD Billing, SAP FI-AR).
Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing procedures, and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with billing software and ERP systems.
