We are expanding and hiring a 2nd Dough person! This position will be a Redwood Acres in our production kitchen.
Shifts are: Currently shifts are - 8 - 4:30 pm. We might move the shift to 6am or 7am after training. You MUST be available on the weekends, during the holidays and other special events.
Individuals interested in being part of the team, must be able to work weekends. Must have at experience making dough or least 1 year experience, baking and/or cooking in a professional kitchen. No matter your experience, have a willingness to learn. You MUST BE ABLE TO MULTIPLY/DECREASE RECIPES.
This position’s duties include but are not limited to responsible for making pie dough, the baking of pie crust, filling and lidding pot pies, crimping pie shells, making gluten free pie rounds, prepping, multiplying recipes, making/cutting and working with dough and any other bakery duties as needed.
Please have good time management, have attention to detail, care for the food that we serve, follow directions, follow all health and safety codes, work in a clean manner, and follow sanitation procedures, a willingness to learn, be on time and have a good attitude. You must be able to stand for your shift, with breaks and lift up to 50 lbs.
