Office Administrator
Requirements
-Excellent attention to detail and multi tasking skills.
- Strong computer skills including skills with Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.
-Experience with accounts payable and receivable.
-At least 3 years of office administrative experience.
Job Duties
-Completing complex accounts payable and receivable in Quickbooks with a high level of accuracy.
-Assisting executive team with various projects as assigned.
-Office administration including email, phone and general communications.
-Keeping records of licenses, permits and other business related criteria.
-Many other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Monday through Friday with an average of 25 hours per week.
Rate of Pay
$17-20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
