Work Week: Monday - Friday 9am 5pm
Job Description:
Completes clerical and administrative tasks including welcoming and directing visitors, scheduling appointments, answering phones, responding to emails, maintain office supply inventories, office files, payroll preparation, and light bookkeeping task.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of payroll related tasks including preparing Quarterly and Annual payroll returns. Some knowledge of bookkeeping (QuickBooks).
Desired Qualities:
Self starter, willing to assist others and learn new skills, organizational skills, casual professional attire required.
