Fortuna Iron is a small, fast paced steel fabrication company with a long history of excellent customer service. We are seeking a full time Office Manager to join our team. Must be highly organized, able to multi-task, possess a positive attitude, have excellent customer service, communication skills and be willing to learn.
Key Duties:
Accounts Receivable
Job costing, billing, and collections
Accounts Payable
Human Resources
Contract document set up and tracking
Including but not limited to filing pre-liens, business licenses, and insurance certificates
Verify and track all deadlines to facilitate smooth workflow and satisfied clients.
Prepare, analyze, and send regular reports from project managers to corporate office.
Manage schedules, organize office functions, and oversee daily operations
Assist with the retail sales and helping potential clients with questions
Reconcile daily retail sales and prepare deposit weekly
Communicate with and assist management
Order and maintain all office supplies
Manage website and all social media
Maintain good employee relations and projection of the Companys image to clients, the public, and other third parties.
Desired Qualifications:
4-5 years office management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (an emphasis in Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work with multiple departments and juggle tasks with limited supervision.
Construction office and/or accounting experience a plus.
Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Compensation D.O.E and benefits package including medical benefits, 401K, and vacation accrual after introductory period
