-Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies.
-Responsible for supporting team members and customer support.
-Research and resolve coverage questions.
-Respond to clients by email, phone, and in person in a timely manner.
-Maintain and update customer files and database.
-No previous insurance experience is required. Having a valid P&C License is a plus.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish).
