We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help with managing customer accounts, continuing to build the business by maintaining and growing customer relationships. Required Job Skills and Responsibilities, Must Have the Ability to Perform the Following:
Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, leads and maintain and upkeep customer relationships.
Ability to handle multi-tasks with minimal supervision.
Resolve any order-related issues
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner
Answer telephone calls and assist will call customers
Provide accurate quotes and upsell to customers
Able to learn all products we carry to inform or explain to customers
Provide excellent customer service to customers
Must be able to project a professional demeanor and provide polite and courteous customer service
Must have a sense of urgency, efficiency, accuracy, and ability to adapt
Applicant must be detail oriented, pay attention to detail, work independently as well as a team player. Ability to prioritize work load, keep track of due dates and accurately get the job done from start to finish. Need to have a sense of responsibility for the job performed.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of account managing or sales experience in the office environment setting to apply
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft, UPS, FedEx and QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time= M-F 8AM-5PM ( May Consider Part-Time)
Pay: $19.00 to $23.00/hr base pay plus commission and bonus (Potentially over $100K/Yr)
